Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to book your charter if reservation is made more than 7 days in advance of desired charter date. Remainder of payment is due day of charter. Full payment is needed if booking date is less than 7 days until charter date.

Refunds
No refunds.

Payment options
Credit Cards/Debit Cards – This is the easiest and most used method for deposit and balance. If you are paying with less than 7 days remaining until your charter, this method and cash are your options. Pure Elegance Limousine Service, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards for your convenience.

Checks
All checks must be received a minimum of 7 days before your charter. If not, a credit card or cash may be substituted.

Cash
You may pay by cash, but we cannot reserve your charter until 30% deposit is paid. We strongly suggest you do this as early as possible to guarantee your requested date.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed. If chauffeur detects smoke, charter can be immediately cancelled and no refunds given. A $200 fee is charged if a cigarette burn is detected. No exceptions.

Spillage
If any spillage occurs from any liquid other than water, a $150 fee will be charged for clean up.

Motion sickness
A $250 clean up fee will be charged for any clean up (vomit). If any limo down time (not being able to be in service) is the result of sickness, you will be charged with lost revenue.

Alcohol
Pure Elegance Limousine Service, LLC is not permitted by law to furnish alcohol. All non alcoholic beverages, sodas, water and juices will be provided.

Damages
Any and all damages, irregardless of who in your party is responsible, will be charged to the person who booked the charter. Any limo down time (not being able to be in service) will be charged also.

Glasses and Decanters (Crystal)
A $15 fee is charged for all broken or missing glasses.
A $60 fee is charged for all broken or missing decanters.

Personal items
Pure Elegance Limousine Service, LLC is not responsible for any personal items left in any vehicles. Please check thoroughly at conclusion of charter.

Additional time requested
Pure Elegance Limousine Service, LLC cannot guarantee any additional time once the charter is booked. There could be another booked charter by another party at the conclusion of your scheduled charter. If no additional charter is booked after yours, you may extend your charter. Check prices page. 1 hour increments are available.

Unruly or belligerent customers
The chauffeur, at his/her discretion, may prematurely end the charter if any customers are unruly or belligerent. A warning will be given first. This is for everyone’s safety. We want our chauffeurs to concentrate on safely driving you to your destination.   

Music
Music with cursing, vulgarity or any distasteful lyrics is not permitted. Chauffeur will ask you to change the music if heard. If a second warning from the chauffeur is needed, charter will immediately end and no refund given.
